I spoken to several doctors who are very suspicious about the vitamin D theory propose by the Marshall Protocol. Some say CFS patients shouldn't have to avoid sunlight, where as other patients suffering from Sarcoidosis may.
How important is it to avoid sunlight for CFS sufferers?
Thanks,

Rather than answer your question directly, I think you should find the answer in the required reading and FAQS that you can find on the MP study site.
It is really important to understand the science behind the MP, especially if you are planning to undertake it.
There are a lot of people who don't agree with Dr. Marshall's theories. If you are not convinced that this is the right treatment for you, and the only way you can find that out is by learning all you can....there is so much information on the website that it will take some time for you to read and decide. otherwise you will easily be dissuaded and discouraged by "naysayers" if you hit a "bump in the road".
To seperate one illness (CFS) out from the other Th1 illnesses and believe it would react differently to Vit D. indicates to me that you really don't understand how the protocol works.
You will find that you cannot rely on your doctor because most doctors are not yet familiar with this brand new treatment. It will be up to you to help educate your doctor.
