| Just wondering if someone here on this site is keeping statistics of any kind. I am looking for statistics to do with the success of the MP. I am particularily wondering how many folks drop out from the MP. How many folks get well as opposed to how many fail on the treatment for one reason or another....that sort of thing. I really do hope statistics on all of this are being documented since going on the MP is a rather life altering expeirience..to say the least as far as changes in lifestyles go while on the MP. Not to mention trying to find a doctor to treat us etc.

Have a look at the transcript of Cpt. Tom Perez's presentation at the 6th Intl Congress on Autoimmunity:
MP Study Results
You may notice that the data for a few diseases are not given, specifically Sarcoidosis, CFS/ME/CFIDS and FM. Sarc was reported at an earlier conference and is basically a 'done deal'. The other two were thought to be not relevant enough to the topic of the conference.
You can see the full chart here: MP Results Chart

Is there any stats to the below info, especially in regards to the 50 who are beyond the point of relapse? Is there ways to contact these people to learn and read about their progress? I'm not able to get into a lot of info provided because I don't have permission to do so and I'm wondering if that's some of the info I don't have access to.
We know of around 300 sarcoid patients who are recovering on the MP. More than 50 of those have recovered beyond the point of relapse. There are hundreds more that we are not following. You need to understand that killing the bacteria is a CURE, not a therapy.

Please see Success Stories and Phase 1 Alumni posts. There are also some people on the MP who do not post on the boards at all. Many of the successes are leading busy lives and only look in occasionally, or not at all. I suppose I would be considered one of the 50!

| It's also not clear whether those numbers have been updated since first being posted in 2005. They may be a lot higher by now.
