Hi, I have just found this site and am very interested in the Marshall Protocol as there is a lot of inflammatory and 'autoimmune' disease in my family. My son has the worst one, opsoclonus/myoclonus, which is an autoimmune attack on the brain. I am finding too much information to take in at once running on limited IQ so forgive any idiocy. I was wondering if and how the new LED209 type drugs would affect the Marshall Protocol?
The MP works very well with its carefully selected antibiotics, along with olmesartan (Benicar in US, Olmetec in UK). I'm sure Dr Marshall is aware of any new developments as he keeps abreast of new research, but the MP has been developed over a number of years, and our Success Stories thread is testimony to its effectiveness
A number of our members have suffered from myoclonus that has responded to the MP. See for example Matt's story, Caitiegirl's story.
Here are some more links to introductory pages about the MP, in case you haven't found them yet:
Bacteriality - a readable blog-style website by one of our members, with science-made-easy articles, an introductory 90-minute video, and interviews with recovering patients - an excellent introduction to the MP.
