Board Policies
-Treat all Moderators, health care professionals and members who visit this site with respect.
-We encourage the exchange of information but posts which are merely speculative; challenge the authenticity of our scientific research; are skeptical or taunting in nature; are inaccurate, misleading or disrespectful of the moderators will not be tolerated and will be edited or deleted.
-Do not double post either on this Board or by posting essentially similar questions or messages at MarshallProtocol.com. The MP moderators will visit this site from time to time.
-Do not send your questions to Dr. Marshall or the Moderators by email or private message. Ask all of your questions in your personal thread. This is beneficial for all as others reading will gain from the answers. (If your question is of an intimate nature that you would find embarrassing to post, you may send a PM to a Moderator.)
-Ask all your questions in your own personal thread with your name in the title in the General Discussion Forum.
-Use the search function to see if your question has been asked and answered before.
-If your question is not answered, wait at least 24 hours and then you may call it to our attentiong by bumping it up the list (reply to your post and insert a short message, even just 'bump'). Do not post the same message again on this site or MarshallProtocol.com. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a question is overlooked. Don't be afraid to call this to our attention.
-Moderators may edit, delete, or add supplemental information to a member's post for the benefit of all. A byline may, in some cases, indicate the post has been edited.
-For personal messages or off-topic discussions with other members that you do not wish to be in public view, use the Private Message (PM) function or email by clicking on a member's name.
-Members are cautioned about getting information and advice from other members off the Board via PM or email which may not be accurate.
-You may make your email address visable to other members by checking the box located in your profile.
-There is no expectation of privacy for any messages you post.
-Do not post your email address, your telephone number or your doctor's name in a public message.
-If you want to edit or delete a post after the eight hour member time limit, please ask a Moderator to do this for you.
-Leave some white space in your text so it is not all in one block and is easier for members and Moderators to read.
-When you have finished typing your post, press the delete button to take up the remaining white space.
-The Marshall Protocol is a serious and lengthy commitment which should not attempted without fully understanding it.
